It’s the Everyday things

One look outside and I am contented. I love fall. I love the smells, the temperature, the tastes, the colors, the festivals and festivities, the clothes. No other season makes me as nostalgic and yet contented to be right where I am.

This is our first fall in Tennessee, so I am awaiting the differences from our Wisconsin and Maryland autumns. But I dare say that even if it’s not as cool as I’m used to I’ll still be pulling out those sweaters – even if it’s just to wrap them around my waist.

I hate to admit this, but I do not look forward to fall because it tells me winter is on its way. I am a summer gal through and through. Can you tell from my profile’s picture? :)

That is so funny that we posted about the same thing! It’s just that time of year, I guess…
