If you put your nose on the computer screen, you’ll see REAL SNOW! I’d almost forgotten what it looks like.

It’s actually coming down harder now. But it’s not expected to last.

But, nevertheless, it’s so nice to see.

Hello, Snow!

(the only down side is that yesterday it was raining and so this morning when I went to take Abbie to school, all of the doors of the car were frozen shut)

  1. Not the Queen says:

That’s so funny! I’m saying “finally” because our snow has melted. Finally!

  2. Isnt it pretty? We have about an inch of ice on the ground and about 1/2 inch of snow on top of it…but it is so pretty.

  3. We’re supposed to be getting another big highway closing snowstorm tonight. You can have my share, I say.

  4. we keep getting ICE – what fun is that??? we had a small little bit of it, but then it was immediately followed by RAIN. so, no more snow. sigh. Being from New England, I truly do miss it – not ALL of it – just a little now and then, especially for the kids. :)

I definitely don’t want all the snow that my parents are getting lately. So, for that I will settle for the rain, I suppose!

  5. If I’da known I could have directed our storm your way. You would have had a real nice dump of it.

  6. Kelly @ Love Well says:

Ahhh yes. The beauty of having your doors frozen shut.

That’s exactly why I haven’t gotten my car washed for months now. Going through a car wash when it’s 15 degrees can be confining.

  7. Megan (FriedOkra) says:

    WHEEEEEEE! Happy snow day!

  8. good reminder that what I’m up here grumbling about is a source of joy to others! Wish I could send you about 4″ of what we have on the ground.

  9. Mommy Cracked says:

I’m so jealous!! Any snow is snow in the south!

  10. Love the snow for a day or two! How pretty.

  11. hrmm.. well I have tons of snow I’d be more than willing to ship to you…. ;)
